• Client details shared with us while we work together, such as account access, campaign briefs, reporting data and correspondence.
• Portal account details if you use our client portal, such as your name, email address and sign-in activity.
• Usage information about how our website is used, held only in ways that don't identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals — because it's in our legitimate interests to win and do great work.
• To deliver the services you've asked us for, including reporting and reviews — to perform our contract with you.
• To send occasional updates you've asked for — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep our website, portal and business secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers who help us run the business — for example the provider that hosts our website and client portal, and the advertising platforms we manage on your behalf where a campaign requires it. Everyone we work with is bound to handle it properly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to work out whether we're a good fit, and client records for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards so we can meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete things sooner and we'll do it unless we're required to keep them.

Your rights

To use any of these rights, email hello@breezeconnection.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
