Terms of business

The straightforward terms on which we work with clients. Your service agreement always takes priority where it says something different.

About these terms

These terms apply to the marketing services Breeze Connection provides. The exact scope, fees and start date for your work are set out in the proposal or service agreement we agree with you — those documents sit on top of this page and take priority if there's a conflict.

What we're hired to do

  • Deliver the services in your agreement — such as paid ads, social media, email marketing, SEO or content creation — to a professional standard.
  • Prepare campaigns and content for your review where the agreement says so, and monitor live campaigns as agreed.
  • Report on performance and meet with you at the agreed rhythm.

What we need from you

  • Timely approvals, access to accounts and any information we need to run your campaigns.
  • Assurance that materials you give us (images, offers, claims) are yours to use.
  • Reasonable notice of anything that changes the scope of the work — new work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

Fees and payment

  • Fees are the amounts in your service agreement. Our average monthly retainers typically run £1,000–£3,000+VAT per month depending on scope.
  • Ad spend is separate: media budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms (for example Meta, Google or TikTok) — it never passes through us.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work while fees are overdue.

Ownership of work

Once you've paid for it, the content we create for you is yours to use. We keep the underlying know-how, templates and tooling that aren't specific to your business. Unless you ask us not to, we may feature the work we've done for you in our own marketing — and you can change your mind about that at any time.

Advertising performance

We're proud of our results, but no agency can guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, sales or platform performance — anyone who does is guessing. Platforms also change how they work without warning, and we'll always tell you honestly what that means for your campaigns.

Keeping things confidential

We treat your business information, account data and campaign performance as confidential, and we expect the same in return.

Ending the engagement

Either side can end a monthly engagement by giving one month's written notice, unless your agreement says otherwise. When we stop, we'll hand back account access, assets and anything you've paid for so nothing is held hostage.

Liability

We're responsible for the professional quality of our work, but not for indirect losses or for losses caused by things outside our control — platform outages, third-party changes or your own account actions. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
