EKOS Homes is a multi-million-pound residential and holiday park operator running a portfolio of 12+ parks across England, using every service Breeze offers.

The challenge

Reaching the right buyer, park by park

A park home is a lifestyle move, and most buyers are over 50. Each of the 12+ parks needed its own audience and story, under one trusted brand.

What we did

We plan campaigns three to six months in advance, so each park has a clear plan with in line with the wider evolving strategy

We run regular content shoots at parks across England, so the ads show the real parks. On top of that, we deliver graphic design projects most months as needed.

Enquries are generated through Meta, Google Ads & SEO, with campaigns per park plus a brand-level campaign alongside them.

Every lead is captured automatically, screened against qualifying questions and a verification process. That way the sales team only spends time on real enquiries.

Each lead goes into an automated nurture flow. Email, SMS, and organic social work on top of that to keep the parks in front of buyers until they're ready to talk.

We work closely with their advertising partners, and we've built AI and automation systems in the background to suit ongoing needs behind the scenes.
